Our corrosion-resistant SS 316 grade steel media preparation tanks are capable of storing upto 3 million litres of liquid while our 12 organic fermentors can create 90,000 litres of liquid each day.

The vinegar plant achieves 24 Mn litres production capacity in 5 years, a 1100% growth

Apple Cider Vinegar

Expands to Apple Cider Vinegar production

Forward integrates into pickle manufacturing and began exporting to North America and Europe

A revered microbiologist, Dr. Nick, is the backbone of Ecovinal’s manufacturing processes and quality. He was previously the Head of Agriculture and Foods Division at BILT and its subsidiary Global Green Co Ltd., and is a recipient of the prestigious Post Doctoral Fellowship from Purdue University, USA.
