EIPL vinegar is natural & we do not attempt to increase degree of acidity beyond what is achieved in a conventional fermentation process that is 14 %. As most of our bulk buyers are pickling companies, they buy in HMHDPE (high molecular weight high density polyethylene) food grade drums/ barrels that can also be supplied by us. This offers convenience as customers do not need to arrange for them.
